Spotify renewal contract with Warner Music Group (EU only)

If analysts on Warner Music Group Q4 earnings call were looking for news of a Spotify terms, they got everything that they wanted. Edgar Bronfman Jr claimed WMG has signed a new deal together with the unlimited-music service - but it's only a renewed terms, addressing Spotify's current Eu markets.
Warner Music today renewed a contract with Spotify to maintain supplying its music. The terms will be the first among the major labels and was touted as providing positive by Warner chief Edgar Bronfman, who had previously against free, advertising-based music. He wouldn't verify US programs but was "hopeful" a deal would come early, AllThingsD heard during the call.
The agreement was associated with stated leaks that alluded to an American contract being nearer. Sony is currently considered to have already settled on for Spotify in the US, while Universal is considered to be close. Spotify had earlier stated it would proceed with a minimum of three big labels and might pass on EMI if Warner signed on.
